I'm a traveler, hospitality enthusiast, and gluten-free advocate sharing adventures, good food, and lessons learned along the way. 

My path has taken me from New Jersey to South Carolina, from New York City to Alabama, and soon to Italy. I've learned that the best adventures often happen when we're willing to follow our curiosity and take an unexpected turn. 

Living with celiac disease has reshaped the way I experience the world, but it has also introduced me to incredible people, unforgettable meals, and some of the warmest hospitality I've encountered.
